Everything down to the quality and comfort of the pure cotton bedding and mattresses is top end, with built in wardrobes and plenty of storage. The views from upstairs are truly breath-taking, wake up in paradise every morning.

Upon booking, a security deposit of £200 will be charged, refundable upon your return from holiday, minus any deductions for damages. This refund will be processed within 2 weeks. For your convenience, we can arrange an interest-free payment plan if preferred.
Air conditioning is inclusive in the rental, with an allowance of £80 per week. While typically sufficient under normal circumstances, excessive usage or leaving doors and windows open while it’s running may exceed this limit. In the interest of energy conservation, we reserve the right to deduct from the security deposit for excessive air conditioning use, a measure rarely employed in our 13 years of renting, having been necessary only twice.
Please treat our house as you would your own. We are very proud of it and maintain it to a high standard. No additional overnight guests are allowed and no loud parties.

I am always available to help and advise and before you arrive at the villa I will send you a really full information pack which will help you plan sightseeing, activities, shopping, restaurant meals as well as tell you all about the villa and the island. I can also help you with airport transfers and car hire in Cyprus. My house manager, Wilma, will call on you on your second day to make sure you have settled in ok and to introduce herself. She is available at any time by telephone and has lived in Cyprus for 20 years and is a wealth of knowledge.
