To ensure a seamless reservation process, we’ve refined our refund policy with your convenience and satisfaction in mind:
- Reservation Deposit: 35% deposit is required in some cases. In other cases 100% payment is required to secure the booking.
- Deposit Refund : Deposits up to 35% of the total property rental cost including all fees are refundable for the first 48 hours after making the reservation. After the first 48 hours of reserving the property 35% of the over all cost is non refundable.
- Full Payment : In the event that a full payment has been made, 65% of the overall payment is refundable on cancelation.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid cash on arrival or online 6 weeks before check in depending on the property that you reserve. Second payment method is clearly stated during checkout.

Refund Policy in a Nut Shell
A deposit of 35% of the overall rental cost is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non refundable after the 48 hour cooling off period and is only refundable for 48 hours after making the reservation.
The balance payment of 65% is either cash on arrival for some villas, or payment online for others. Therefor if your reservation is cash on arrival you have not paid the balance until you check in, so no refund can apply to this.
If you pay the 65% balance payment online before check in as some villa owners require. This 65% portion is always refundable even if you do not show up to the villa for check in.
