Located in a peaceful residential area just outside of Lapta, an old mountain village. Villa Olive is Situated on a ravine, the villa offers stunning views of the sea and mountains. The garden boasts mature shrubs, trees, and a fruit orchard with oranges, lemons, mandarins, and grapefruit.

4 Bedroom Villa for up to 8 People

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and toilet. The ground floor bedroom also has a safe. There are 3 bedroom with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds.

Private Swimming Pool Within Private Gated Ground

Villa Olive features a spacious 8m x 4m overflow pool with built-in steps and an outdoor shower. There’s also a barbecue area and a large gazebo in the garden. The living room, dining area, and kitchen open onto a large patio overlooking the pool and gardens. Parking is available for two cars in the gated driveway.

Inside the villa, you’ll find an information folder with local maps and tips. English is widely spoken, and Turkish Lira is the currency, although Euros and GBP are accepted in many places. Supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are all nearby, and there are plenty of banks and ATMs.
