How to get your Ical Feed

Airbnb:

1. Navigate to your Airbnb host dashboard.
2. Click on the “Availability” tab.
3. Scroll down to locate the sync calendar section.
4. Opt for the “Export Calendar” option to unveil your property’s distinct iCal link.
5. Copy the iCal link from the window that appears for seamless calendar synchronization.

Note: Look out for the “Import Calendar” option positioned just above “Export Calendar” for integrating iCal links from other platforms like VRBO and Booking.com.

Booking.com:

1. Log in to the Booking.com extranet.
2. Access the “Rates and Availability” tab.
3. Proceed to the Calendar screen.
4. Beneath your property’s name, click on the “Sync Calendar” option.
5. Choose “Export Calendar” to reveal your property’s unique iCal link.
6. Copy the iCal link provided to synchronize with other calendars.

Note: Remember that Booking.com might automatically disable calendar sync if a channel manager is connected.

VRBO:

1. Select the “Calendar” tab on your VRBO property dashboard.
2. From the dropdown menu, opt for “Reservations”.
3. The “Reservations Calendar” window will appear.
4. Click on the “Import/Export” option situated at the top right corner.
5. Select “Export Calendar” to access your property’s iCal link for VRBO.
6. Copy the iCal link provided for calendar integration.

Submit Your Ical Feed

Once you have obtained your ical feed please enter it into the form below and include the name of your villa for reference. Once your listing has been created and is live we will send you an ical feed link that you may add to your other platforms to 2 way sync the calendars.
